MUSEO JOSEP ARAGAY<\/h5>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=\u00bbsmall\u00bb position=\u00bbleft\u00bb down=\u00bb18″ up=\u00bb17″][vc_column_text]En los bajos del edificio del Ayuntamiento se encuentra el Museo Josep Aragay, que est\u00e1 dedicado a la difusi\u00f3n de la obra de este artista novecentista. Aragay vivi\u00f3 entre 1889 y 1973 y fue un personaje de referencia dentro del movimiento cultural del Novecentismo. Ejerci\u00f3 de te\u00f3rico del arte, de pintor, dibujante, grabador y ceramista, y marc\u00f3 una gran influencia en el mundo intelectual y art\u00edstico de su \u00e9poca, hasta el punto de que Eugeni d’Ors le encarg\u00f3 la direcci\u00f3n art\u00edstica del Almanac dels Noucentistes. Nacido en Barcelona, en 1925 vino a vivir a Breda, el pueblo de su madre, donde abri\u00f3 un obrador de cer\u00e1mica. Dentro del museo tambi\u00e9n se pueden ver unas pinturas rom\u00e1nicas de la antigua iglesia parroquial del pueblo, reconvertida en Ayuntamiento a ra\u00edz de la desamortizaci\u00f3n de 1835.<\/p>\n
